Our client, a global market leader in providing software and digital solutions to the automotive industry, is currently seeking a Jr. Analyst for a 3+ month contract position with opportunity for an extension. The position is in Hoffman Estates, IL – remote to start but will go onsite in 2021.

• The Analyst, Finance ERP Data Reconciler position will support the Project Aurora team with analysis during the conversion and validation phases of the ERP implementation:
• Responsible for performing monthly data validation of P&L and stat accounts for all scenarios/versions
• Research individual intersection variances between converted data and source data
• Work with senior team members to problem solve and propose solutions
• Take notes in meetings and track follow-up items
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting as well as 0-2 years of experience in
financial analysis or accounting as well as a basic understanding of financial statements and accounting/reporting systems.
A self-starter, who is well organized, extremely detail-oriented and a highly collaborative team member with strong communication skills is highly desired. Must have a general proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, including excel modeling, pivot tables and variance analysis. Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods.
